Need to report an issue? You can do so within the app or online.
- In-App Requests: Open the Profile menu and select the “Help” option at the bottom of your screen. Then tap, “Help Center”. From here you can submit a request via the chatbot.
- Online Requests: Visit help.ibotta.com. Then tap “Submit a Request” from the top-right corner.
When beginning a new request, the chatbot will ask specific questions to further understand the nature of your issue. It will also provide you with related articles that may hold the answer you’ve been looking for. When you complete your request an Ibotta team member will be in touch within 48 hours.
Not sure when you reached out last or what was said? Simply sign in to your account via the Help Center and select the “My Activities” section of the main menu located in the top-righthand corner. Here you will find all of your past requests organized neatly in one place. It will also tell you the status of your request.
