- 2 (10.5-oz) packages extra-firm Silken tofu
- 2 cups Silk Original Soymilk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup cold water
- 4 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup Bacardi Rum
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
