  • 3/4 cup Silk Light Vanilla Almondmilk
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 medium granny smith apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired
