- 3/4 cup Silk Light Vanilla Almondmilk
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1 medium granny smith apple, cored and sliced
- 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until creamy.
