Step 1: Register a new Ibotta account on a unique device (not previously registered with another Ibotta account).
Step 2: Redeem your first rebate. “Any Brand” and “Any Item” rebates are excluded from this promotion.
That’s it! Your account will be automatically credited for the bonus.
Q: I redeemed my first rebate, but I didn’t get my $10 Welcome bonus. Why?
A: This could be due to a few reasons. First, remember that “Any Brand” and “Any Item” rebates are not eligible for the $10 Welcome Bonus. If this is not the case for you, please send a support ticket via our Help Center and a team member will be happy to assist you further.
Q: Is there a time frame I have to redeem a rebate by?
A: Yes, once you register an Ibotta account you’ll be eligible for the $10 Welcome Bonus for 14 days. Once you past 14 days you will no longer be eligible for the bonus.
Q: I redeemed a rebate from the “Mobile Shopping” category, but I haven’t received my $10 Welcome Bonus. Why?
A: Please note that pending periods vary by retailer. For example, Groupon rebates can have a pending period of up to 45 days. If this is the case, you won’t receive the $10 Welcome Bonus until your pending rebate has been verified and you’ve received credit for that as well.
