Vegan Eggnog

Enjoy the classic taste of eggnog made healthier with soymilk and tofu.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (10.5-oz) packages extra-firm Silken tofu
  • 2 cups Silk Original Soymilk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 4 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Bacardi Rum

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
