PB&J Smoothie


Transform the traditional PB&J into a delicious, dairy-free smoothie kids and adults alike will enjoy.


  • 1 cup Silk, any flavor
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or blueberries
  • Fresh berries, for garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients except garnish in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Top with fresh berries and a straw.
