Spice up your spread with sriracha infused BBQ Sauce on Smithfield Fresh Ground Pork burgers.
Sriracha BBQ Sauce:

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ cup diced onion

2 teaspoons minced garlic

¾ cup ketchup
-
¾ cup mayonnaise
-
¾ cup Budweiser Beer (1/2 can)

¼ cup soy sauce
-
¼ cup honey
-
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
Sriracha Burgers:

1 lb. 80% lean ground beef
-
¼ cup finely minced onion
-
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
-
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
-
1 tablespoon ground ginger
-
6 sandwich buns, toasted
-
½ cup garden vegetable spreadable cream cheese
-
1 cup broccoli slaw mix
Directions:

To make Sriracha BBQ Sauce, heat olive oil in medium saucepan over medium-high; addonion. Sauté onion until golden brown and tender. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds. Add remaining Sriracha BBQ Sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and cook until thickened, about 15 minutes. Let cool.

To make Sriracha Burgers, heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Gently combine ground pork, ground beef, minced onion, hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, and ginger in bowl. Shape into 6 (1-inch thick) burgers. Grill burgers about 5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Place burgers on bottom toasted bun and spread with about 1 tablespoon cream cheese. Top with broccoli slaw mix and drizzle with Sriracha BBQ Sauce. Close bun and serve.
