- 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Burger Patties
- ⅔ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 4 ciabatta rolls, split and toasted
- 1 cup baby arugula leaves
- Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
- In small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, chipotle pepper and orange juice.
- Place turkey patties on bottom halves of each roll. Top with cranberry mixture and arugula. Cover with roll tops.
